Welcome to Bear Run

A country getaway, done the quiet way.

Since 1993, our family has welcomed guests to a handful of private cabins spread across the wooded ridges of the Hocking Hills — about two miles from Boch Hollow and a short drive from Ohio's most beautiful state parks.

No crowded resort, no rows of look-alike rentals. Just your own cabin, a hot tub under the trees, a stocked fishing pond down the path, and enough space to hear yourself think again.
